For domain transfer in to HydraDNS, the requirements of following check list need to be satisfied.

Check List

✓If it is a domain name that 60 days have passed from the first registration date

✓If it is a domain name that 60 days have passed from the transferred date in case of transferred into the current registrar

✓If it is a domain name that Domain Lock and Theft Protection features are disabled

✓If it is a domain name not in the status of Renewal Grace Period or Pending Delete

✓If it is a domain name that Privacy Protection feature is disabled

NOTE!

For the domain name enabled with privacy protection, the current owner cannot receive an email for the transfer request because the real owner’s contact information is hidden. To solve this problem, you need to set the privacy protection feature as disabled from the current domain registrar account. You can check the domain status from Whois Lookup.

Transfer request can be rejected in case that it doesn’t meet the requirements for domain transfer request.
