To protect customers’ information securely, HydraDNS is providing email verification feature. Email verification feature is provided to all HyrdaDNS web pages related with information modification.
 

If buttons required to use HydraDNS site are not showed up or inactive, please check if you verified your email address. If you don’t verify your email address, you cannot use the feature you’d like to use.
※ HydraDNS web pages that email verification is required : Change My Information, Close an Account, Modify/Delete Name Servers, Move a Domain Name, Bulk Modify Domain Information, Domain Name Transfer, etc.
 

 

Email Verification Procedure

 

1)Sign in to HydraDNS.
 

2)Click [Send Verification Code] button on the top right of the page email verification required.
 

3)Enter the verification code you received via email. If you want to re-receive verification code due to verification code expired, etc., you need to click [Resend Code] button.
 

4)Complete the email verification by entering valid code and clicking [Confirm] button.
