HydraDNS is doing the best to solve customers’ inconveniences through customer support page.
On the customer support page, HydraDNS is providing Notice and 1:1 Inquiry, and visitors, who even didn’t sign up to HydraDNS, can send an inquiry via email.
Available Inquiry pages after Sign-in
1. Message : HydraDNS is directly sending notification messages regarding to service use to customer’s account. The notification messages will be sent:
•when the service is expiring soon.
•when the payment is completed.
•when other notifications related with service use are required.
2. 1:1 Inquiry : 1:1 inquiry is provided between a customer using HydraDNS and HydraDNS administrator in Question-Answer format.
Questions are answered during HydraDNS site operating time (KST standard time : 9:30am~6:30pm on week days).
Available Inquiry pages without Sign-in
You can directly send your inquiry to HydraDNS administrator without sign-in on Email Inquiry and Consulting Request page.
You can see all the notices occurred when using HydraDNS site on “Notice” page.
Inquiries regarding to domain name, such as domain move, domain transfer, etc., need to be sent via “Domain Inquiry” page because direct contact to the domain name’s owner is unavailable due to privacy protection service.
