Guide for refund request and process

1. Request for Checking/Refund of Coin Balance
 

Members can request for refund of coins in their account at any time. Refund is progressed as in the following methods depended on the currency of the account.
 

Account with Korean Won (KRW) : account transfer
 

Account with U.S. Dollar (USD): account transfer
 

 

How to request for Refund
 

1)Sign in to HydraDNS.
 

2)Click [My Information] on the very top of the page.
 

3)Check your coin balance, and then click [Request Refund] button.
 

NOTE!

Refund fee 5% will be charged for coin refund.
Please refer to the [Article 11. Refund of Coins], the Payment and Coin Terms and Conditions for the details of refund of coins.

 
 

2. Reason for Refund Unavailable
 

Refund is not available in the following cases:
 

In case that the balance of coins is smaller than the refund fee.
 

In case that coin balance is smaller than 1,000 coins.
 

In case that a member damages to HydraDNS somehow or has been put on dispute status by violating HydraDNS policy during HydraDNS service use.
 

 

3. Deadline and Delay of Refund
 

It usually takes 2 weeks until refund is progressed, however, it can take more than 4 weeks until refund to bank account is progressed in case of out of Korea.
 

In addition, even if refund is progressed, it can take longer until the refund amount is deposited according to the internal procedure of the bank or credit card company.
 

If refund is not completed even after 4 weeks since the request for refund, please contact HydraDNS.
