Soultions for payment failure related issues

Credit Card Payment Failure
 

Credit card payment can be failed due to various reasons, and the failure reasons are usually not announced from HydraDNS.
 

Therefore, if payment related issue is occurred, please contact the credit card company.
 

NOTE!

If credit card payment for DNS is failed, the credit card transaction approval will be cancelled.

If credit card transaction approval cancellation is difficult due to credit card policy, the paid amount will be refunded via money transfer.

Credit card transaction approval cancellation is not available if:
- you used points;
- you didn’t allow transaction approval partial cancellation.

If credit card transaction approval cancellation is failed, you can register your bank account information in Payment Completed page and Order History page.

 

Virtual Bank Account Payment Failure
 

If the payment via virtual Bank Account is failed, it is usually because the bank didn't allow withdrawal.
 

Therefore, if payment is failed, you need to check your bank account information, the remitter and account balance, and contact the bank for the specific reason.
 

 

Paypal Payment Failure
 

PayPal payment can be failed due to following reasons:
 

There’re no enough funds in PayPal account;
 

PayPal account has been locked or inactive;
 

PayPal account has restricted;
 

Incorrect PayPal email address has been entered.
 

If you need additional help, please contact PayPal Support Center.
 

 

General Payment Failure
 

When attempting payment, it can be usually taken from few minutes to 24 hours until the payment details are applied to the user’s account.
 

If the paid amount is not applied for certain period of time, you need to check if the payment method has caused the issue or not.
 

If payment method is not the cause, it might be caused by a temporary error on HydraDNS’s system or communication error from the Payment Gateway.
 

Therefore, if the paid amount is not successfully applied within 1 business day, please contact HydraDNS support center via email. Please do not retry the payment.
