Guide for using shopping cart page

On Shopping Cart page, you can change the products you selected (e.g. service term, connected product, quantity, etc.), or you can purchase only the products you have selected among the whole products added in your shopping cart.
※ You can access to your shopping cart through Wish List after selecting product, or through shopping cart icon on the top of the page.
 

 

Professional Domain Connect Information
 

If you have a Professional service in your account, the number of connectable domains will be shown on the top.
※ This feature is used when domain and Professional service are connected in shopping cart page.
 

•Connectable domains that expected to purchase : sum of the number of domains provided for Professional product added into shopping cart
 

•Total connectable domains (expected to register) : sum of the number of domains provided for the existing service and domains provided for Professional connected product that has been added into shopping cart
 

•If you click [Add Professional Option] button, Professional Option 100 will be added.
 

 

Select Products and Register Domain Registration Information
 

1. In case of purchasing domain name only
 

•You can purchase a domain name only by selecting 'DNS - Don't Use'.
 

•You must enter name servers in case that you selected 'DNS - Don't Use'.
 

•If there's no name servers registered, you can use free DNS that HydraDNS provides by clicking "Use Basic Name Server" button.
 

•If there’s no contact information registered, you need to register an additional contact information.
 
 
> Add and Modify Contact Information

1)Open contact information window by clicking [Domain Information] button.

2)Fill in the registration information fields.
※ If you have information saved in your account, you can bring it by selecting the information from the profile list on the left.

3)You can be required to register an additional information for certain TLDs.

4)When you complete registering information, click [Submit] button.

 

2. In case of purchasing both domain name and DNS
 

•You can add or change the DNS product you will connect. (Basic, Standard, Professional)
※ Standard is selected as default.
 

3. In case of purchasing DNS only
 

•You can change DNS product you’ll purchase. But, in case of selecting Professional that has been already purchased, it will be shown as Professional Connect, and you can select the connect term (DNS remaining period, direct input, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, etc.).
 

•When you purchase Professional product, you can additionally select option products.
 

NOTE!

•If the connectable number for Professional is exceeded when selecting a product, Professional Option 100 is automatically added.

•If certain product is in payment pending status, purchasing of the related products are restricted.
ex 1. If domain is in payment pending status, purchasing the domain is restricted.
ex 2. If Professional product is in payment pending status, purchasing Professional Options is restricted.
