Payment Methods you can use

Payment methods you can use when purchasing HydraDNS product are provided differently by currency of the account.

•Korean Won (KRW) : Credit card, Money transfer via virtual bank account, Coins

•U.S. Dollar (USD) : Paypal, Coins

What is Coin?

Coin is a payment method in a deposit format that returning refundable amount to purchase HydraDNS’s paid products for the future when a user purchases and cancels HydraDNS product.

Payment Conditions

•Only members, who signed up for HydraDNS, can pay for HydraDNS services.

•In case of using virtual bank account, the money transfer has to be completed within 7 days after the request. If money is not transferred or the money transfer information is not matched, it is considered as request cancellation.

•Only members over 14 can progress payment.

•Money transfer confirmation is progressed during HydraDNS business hours (Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:30pm KST), and the money transfer after the business hours is processed during the business hours on the next day.

•Payment approval can be cancelled if the payment doesn’t accord to the Payment and Coin Terms and Conditions.
