If you delete DNS service after the Money Back Grace Period, the refund amount will be automatically refunded into your account in coins, as in the refund methods below, in case of refundable.

 
 
 

Domain and Record Deletion Policy for Refund
 

•A service like Professional that can register multiple domains and records is deleted in an order from the oldest registration date when it is refunded or deleted.
- Domains are disconnected in an order from the oldest registration date.

•Penalty will be charged to the service that was discounted when the service was purchased.
- Discount means any method that can purchase HydraDNS products cheaper than the original price, including event, administrator, coupon, and so on.
 

•Penalty is charged 10% of the refund amount no matter what the product is.
 

•Penalty is not charged to the service that wasn’t discounted.
 
 

Refund Calculation
 

•Refund Amount = (Paid Amount – (No. of days used x Amount used per day)) – Penalty

※ Amount used per day : Paid Amount / Total No. of days contracted
※ Penalty : (Paid Amount – (No. of days used x Amount used per day)) * 0.1
※ For refund, below the decimal point is cut off, and the discounted amount, from coupon, event and so on, provided for free is not a subject of refund. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for Service Paymet and Coins for the details.
※ If you paid with credit card, it can be refunded by credit card transaction approval cancellation, not just coin refund. In this case, refund fee 5% will be charged.
※ If credit card transaction approval cancellation is not available, the refund amount will be refunded into your bank account.
※ In case of refund into bank account, you must register your bank account number. You can register your bank account information by clicking [Bank Info.] button on the right side of refund receipt in Dashboard > Billing > Order History page.
※ If it has been passed 6 months from the date you paid with credit card, the refund amount will be refunded in coins.
