HydraDNS > DNS > Delete DNS

Even if you delete a DNS service you’re using, the connected domain name is not deleted (in disconnected status). If you delete DNS service after the Money Back Grace Period, it can be non-refundable depended on the service.

Delete Service

1)Sign in to HydraDNS account.

2)Click [Dashboard] > [Manage Service].

3)Click [Select] button of the service you’d like to delete on [Deletion] tap.

4)Click [Delete] button at the bottom of the page, and then agree to the Notice and the Terms and Conditions, and then click [Confirm] button.

NOTE!

•When you delete service, all information included in the service is deleted and non-restorable.

•Money Back Grace Period of DNS services are supported for 7 days, not related with the service type.
