Renew DNS

DNS service is automatically stopped operating at its expiry date, and slip into 7 days of Renewal Grace Period.
 

During the Renewal Grace Period, all information registered for the service is stored as it is, and the information is deleted and un-restorable after this period.
 

Therefore, if you want to continue to use your DNS service, you need to renew your service before the expiry date or within the Renewal Grace Period.
 

※ You can see DNS expiry dates on [Dashboard>Manage Service] page.
 

 

Renew DNS Service
 

1)Sign in to HydraDNS account.
 

2)Click Renewal tap on [Dashboard] > [Manage Service] page.
Only services belong to the selected period in “Expiring in” field will be listed up in the list.
 

3)Select renewal term in “Renew for” column, click [Select] button, and then complete the payment by clicking [Add to Cart] button.
In case that the maximum number of renewable years for the selected domain is lesser than the number of years to apply in bulk, the period will be applied fitting to the maximum number of renewable years.
If you don’t want to apply in bulk, you can select renewal term from the select box for each domain.
 

OR you can access to [Manage Service] page by clicking [Renew] button on [Dashboard> My Service] page.
 

NOTE!

Even if renewing DNS service during [Renewal Grace Period], the registration date of the service will be registered as the next day of the expiry date to sustain the information registered in the existing DNS service as it is.
Renewal term cannot exceed 3 years for maximum, including remaining days of the service.
