HydraDNS members can close their account at any time. If you want to re-create HydraDNS account after closing your current account, you need to create a new HydraDNS account.
But, re-creating account with the same log-in information (user ID or email address) is restricted for 15 days after closing the current account.
Request for Membership Withdrawal
1)Sign in to your HydraDNS account.
2)Go to [Dashboard] > [My Information] page, and then click [Close an Account] button on the top right of the page.
3)Verify your email address first, and then follow the instructions to close your HydraDNS account.
NOTE! •You cannot close your account if you have a service left in your account. So, please delete your service in your HydraDNS account before you request to close your account. •If you have coins left in your HydraDNS account, you can request refund for those coins before you close your account. But, once you close your account, your coins are nonrefundable so you must request for refund of your coins before you close account. |
